Person I’d like to meet: Henrik Vibskov
The Danish designer graduated from Central St Martins in 2001 and now shows at Paris Fashion Week, the only Scandinavian on the official schedule. Most find his twisted urban nomad aesthetic too difficult and conceptual to grasp entirely, which is precisely why I’m drawn to it. I can totally handle difficult and conceptual.
Anyway, I only own one jacket of his, but I always get stopped on the street or at parties whenever I wear it. His designs possess something rare: They can push everything you wear with them way, way forward.
