FLUORESCENT ADOLESCENT


This is one of my absolute favorite things to have for breakfast, lunch or dinner: smoked salmon and greens (arugula and watercress) with homemade lemon dill yogurt aioli or a goat cheese/cottage cheese/capers combo. For extra protein I sometimes have it with chopped boiled egg whites. The flavors are classic and simple — the way comfort food should be. 
Anyway, I have a friend who despises watercress and I was like, “But…fiber!” Had this today and yesterday and maybe I’ll help myself to it again tomorrow.
